How do I buy an event ticket?
Open the Tickets section, choose the event, select the tier you want, enter the ticket holder's details and approve the payment with your transaction PIN. The ticket is issued to your account immediately.
How do I get into the event with my ticket?
Each ticket carries a QR code in your account. At the venue the code is scanned by the organiser to admit you, so there is no need to print anything.
Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
Yes. The ticket holder's details are entered when you buy, so you can purchase a ticket for a friend or family member and pay from your wallet.
Are tickets refundable?
Refunds for an event, if any, are governed by that event's own terms set by the organiser. Your purchase is recorded in the app with its reference, so it can be traced if you need to raise something with the organiser or support.
Can I sell tickets for my own event?
Yes. Organisers can set up an event with its own ticket tiers and prices on the platform, and buyers pay from their InspireMe Pay wallet, with purchases visible to the organiser.
