Virtual & Physical Cards in Nigeria — Naira and Dollar Cards
A card in minutes, in Naira or Dollar, on the networks you know.
Some payments will not take a transfer: online subscriptions, foreign websites, and the shops that only accept a card. InspireMe Pay issues virtual cards you can use immediately, and physical debit cards you can carry.
Your card is funded from your wallet balance, so topping up your wallet is the same as topping up your card. Card details, spending limits and freezing are all managed inside the app.
Cards are issued on the networks available to your account — Verve, AfriGo, MasterCard or Visa — and the network is chosen when you request the card.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get a virtual card in Nigeria?
Open the Cards section of the InspireMe Pay app, choose a virtual card, select the card network available for it, confirm the fee and your card is issued. Its details are then available in the app for online payments.
Does InspireMe Pay issue Dollar cards?
Yes. A USD virtual card is available for international payments and subscriptions that do not accept Naira cards. The fee and the networks available for the dollar card are shown in the app when you request it.
Which card networks are supported?
Cards are issued on the networks the issuer has enabled for us, which include Verve, AfriGo, MasterCard and Visa. The available networks are listed when you request a card, and may differ between card types.
What does a card cost?
Each card type has its own fee, and the exact amount is shown on a confirmation screen before it is deducted from your wallet. Virtual cards are cheaper than physical cards, and the price list is kept inside the app.
Can I freeze my card if I lose it?
Yes. Every card can be frozen from the Cards screen, which stops new payments on it immediately. You can unfreeze it at any time once you are sure the card is safe.
Do I need to complete KYC before getting a card?
Yes. Cards are issued to verified accounts, so you need an approved verification. The higher your verified tier, the more card options become available to you.
